Partnering and Promoting Business Ventures

CF Nicola Valley works in conjunction with the City of Merritt, the Thompson-Nicola Regional District (TNRD), local industry, business and sector associations, and the real estate community, enabling us to keep clients abreast of municipal issues, policies and programs. With our positioning in the community we are able to respond to questions and act as advocates for any concerns that may arise. We are also able to support new businesses by introducing them to the business community, and providing them with employment services as well as business consulting and financial services. This assistance will include but not be limited to the interpretation of planning and zoning regulations, site location information, answering of investment inquiries, and working alongside site selectors.

The City of Merritt's Economic Development deptartment maintains a current listing of all available sites and buildings to assist investors with site selection, business expansion and/or relocation, as well as acting as an ambassador for business in all sectors of the community.
