Cleaning commercial restaurant kitchen exhaust systems Use and maintain pressure washing and related equipment while working safely. Organize and supervise unskilled labour. Be physically capable of carrying out necessary work, including being able to work on ladders, rooftops and with hazardous chemicals. Ensure restaurants, or other work sites, are cleaned and left according to established procedures, ie: floors mopped, counters are wiped down, garbage is removed and all kitchen pilot lights are relit and tested prior to leaving kitchen. Operate a motor vehicle to move goods and supplies as well as drive to work locations

ACCOUNTABILITY Must undergo a criminal records check and sign an oath of confidentiality, work independently with little or no supervision,ensure adequate sleep is maintained before work or driving duties are performed, drugs or alcohol impairment is not permitted before or during working hours, perform other related duties, dispose of waste products according to established protocols
